Generates a “reltable” map from the related links in a file or book.
This command relies on proper setup of parameters in the RellinksToReltable section of the fm2dita.ini file. The ElemName parameter specifies the element that contains the cross-ref objects to use as the basis for generating links in the reltable. If you’d like this element deleted after processing, set DeleteElem to “1”.
After processing, a separate map is created that contains the relationship table. You must manually link this “reltable” map into your root or chapter maps, or copy/paste the reltables into those maps.
This command must be run after the Fix Cross-refs command has been run.
